TMT Contracting LLLP was founded on October 26, 2023, by Orlando Torres and Adrian Menchaca with one simple goal: to build a company that delivers quality workmanship, honesty, and dependable service.

Before starting TMT Contracting, Orlando and Adrian spent several years working together for another construction company. During that time, they managed remodeling projects by hiring and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring each project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. That experience gave them a strong understanding of project management, customer service, and what it takes to successfully deliver quality construction projects.

After working together for 22 years, they realized they shared the same vision—to create a company where integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction would always come first. They decided to take the knowledge and experience they had gained and build a business of their own.

On October 26, 2023, TMT Contracting LLLP was established. Since then, the company has been committed to providing professional remodeling and construction services for commercial and residential clients.
